2. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

You’ll receive an Order confirmation email once your purchase is complete, and a shipping notification with tracking details when your Order is dispatched.

During peak periods or product launches, processing times may take slightly longer.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship from Watson, ACT, Australia.
Domestic Shipping (within Australia)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
International Shipping
If you offer international shipping:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply.
4. Packaging & Handling
We take care to ensure your Order/s arrive safely:

Trading cards are shipped in protective sleeves and top-loaders or sealed boxes.

Vinyl records and larger items are securely packaged with padding to prevent damage.
5. Tracking Your Order/s
Once your Order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your shipment using the link provided or directly through the carrier’s website (e.g., Australia Post, Sendle, or CouriersPlease).
6. Delays & Lost Parcels
While we do our best to deliver your Order/s promptly, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs clearance.
If your parcel is delayed or missing:

Contact us at admin@capitalhobby.com.au if there’s been no movement for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 25 business days (international).
We will lodge an investigation with the courier and assist you in resolving the issue.
7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If your Order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be required to pay additional postage to have it resent.
8. Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., unclaimed or address error), we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery. Shipping fees for resending will apply.
